These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jwi7 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager. By accessing jwi7, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your continued use of jwi7 constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "Account Holder") and jwi7 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the jwi7 platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile browser interface, sports betting section, casino lobby, bingo games, and payment cashier — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jwi7 platform. Binding Agreement

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
jwi7 is strictly an adult platform. Access is limited to persons who meet all eligibility criteria.
To use the jwi7 platform, you must satisfy ALL of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jwi7 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are acting under legal guardianship may not register.
- Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the jwi7 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
- Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through your jwi7 account settings or through any external responsible gaming programme. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion in any manner.
- Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Who Cannot Register
The following persons are not permitted to hold a jwi7 account under any circumstances:

- Persons currently under self-exclusion

- Persons who have previously been permanently banned
- Persons acting on behalf of another player
3. Account Registration & Verification
Your account is your sole responsibility. Keep your credentials secure and your profile information accurate at all times.

Account Currency: All jwi7 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is performed on deposits or withdrawals. Bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and promotional thresholds are all expressed in BDT.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on jwi7 are processed in BDT. Minimum deposit ৳500. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification.

Withdrawal Conditions
All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be complete before the first withdrawal is approved; (b) the payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or be confirmed as belonging to the registered account holder; (c) any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn; (d) jwi7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above ৳50,000 per transaction.
Deposit Ownership
All deposits made to your jwi7 account must originate from a payment account (bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, bank account, card) that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the originating source. jwi7 reserves the right to close accounts and cancel pending withdrawals where third-party funding is identified.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All jwi7 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Please read the individual promotion page before opting in.
jwi7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific terms stated on each individual promotion page.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of that period.
- One Bonus Per Player: Promotional bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
- Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. - Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet limit per spin or per hand applies. Bets exceeding the stated limit during active bonus play will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- jwi7 Discretion: jwi7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have begun meeting the stated conditions of a live promotion.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers on jwi7 are subject to the general rules below, plus game-specific rules published in each product section.
By placing a bet or wager on the jwi7 platform, you agree that: (a) you have read and understood the rules applicable to the specific game, event, or market; (b) your bet is placed with real funds from your own account; (c) you accept the outcome of the bet as final once it has been settled by the jwi7 system in accordance with the applicable rules.
Sports Betting
All sports bets — including cricket matches (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, tennis, and other markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system; in the event of a technical delay or disconnection during bet placement, the bet will be settled at the odds valid at the moment the system received and logged the request. jwi7 reserves the right to void bets where a material error in odds has occurred.
Casino & Live Casino Games
All virtual casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly forbidden on the jwi7 platform and will result in immediate account suspension.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following conduct while using the jwi7 platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances where legally permissible, and may be reported to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, using another person's payment account, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility status.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, live dealer game, or sports betting market.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through systematic low-risk strategies (often called "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using software to automate bonus play.
- Money Laundering: Using the jwi7 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or to cycle funds through the platform for the purpose of concealing their origin.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, macros, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
- Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to jwi7. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal action to recover the disputed amount.
- Technical Exploitation: Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error in the jwi7 platform or any connected game client to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through technical exploitation are void and will be removed from the account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
jwi7 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in accordance with these Terms. Players may also close their own account at any time.
Suspension by jwi7
jwi7 may suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: (a) a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (c) a request from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority; (d) identification of problem gambling behaviour where the suspension is applied as a protective measure; (e) dormancy — accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and placed under administrative review.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placed). Prior to any administrative closure of a dormant account, jwi7 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address and mobile number with a minimum of 30 days' notice. If no response is received within that period, the account balance may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month until the balance is exhausted, unless applicable law requires a different treatment. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a fresh KYC check.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your jwi7 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before your account is closed, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank account). Pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed. Closed accounts cannot be re-opened; if you wish to return to jwi7 after voluntarily closing your account, you will need to register a new account subject to the standard eligibility requirements — unless you closed your account under a self-exclusion arrangement, in which case the exclusion period must have fully elapsed and you must contact support to confirm your eligibility before re-registering.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jwi7's total liability to you for any claim arising from or connected with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jwi7 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jwi7 operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably consent to this dispute resolution process.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the jwi7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jwi7 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
